Senior Tax Manager

About the role

Our client, a medium‑sized accountancy practice in North Dublin, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join the tax team. You will work closely with the Tax Director, report directly to the Partners and handle a mix of compliance and advisory projects for personal and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients across all tax heads.
• Deliver both compliance and advisory tax projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with the Tax Director and partners on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified (CTA desirable).
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work with various taxation software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
