Senior Tax Manager

About the role

Our client, a medium‑sized accountancy practice in North Dublin, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their tax team. Working closely with the Tax Director and reporting directly to the Partners, you will handle a blend of compliance and advisory projects for both personal and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
• Deliver compliance and advisory services across all tax heads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a positive, growth‑driven team culture.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified; CTA qualification is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in a practice environment.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Enthusiastic team player able to work with various taxation software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
