Senior Tax Manager – Private Client (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead private‑client tax work for a leading firm in Ireland. The role blends compliance, advisory and business‑development activities, serving a portfolio of domestic and international private clients with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage varied advisory projects for a diverse private‑client portfolio.
• Build and maintain high‑quality client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and support talent development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across borders and teams.
• Drive business‑development initiatives within the private‑client team.
• Handle cross‑border tax matters and complex advisory projects.
• Provide compliance support and respond to client queries.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• IATI/CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified.
• 3–4 years’ experience in a tax management role, preferably within a practice or industry setting.
• Proven experience managing a private‑client portfolio with a commercial focus.
• Strong technical expertise in private‑client tax advisory.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑management and mentoring abilities.
