Senior UX/UI Designer (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape digital experiences for a leading financial services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. You will work on a greenfield programme, creating innovative platforms for an affluent customer segment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile platforms from concept to delivery.
• Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, customer‑focused journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in an Azure‑based environment.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high‑fidelity UI designs that meet accessibility and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a scalable design system and champion user‑centred design across the programme.

Required profile

• Proven UX/UI design experience delivering complex digital products.
• Background in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to payments, wealth management, or fintech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and polished UI execution.
• Comfortable working on greenfield or large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Experience collaborating with cloud‑based engineering teams.
