Senior Web Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to join a fully remote, distributed team. Based in Ireland, you will shape high‑impact digital experiences for a global client base across diverse industries, working autonomously while collaborating closely with project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from concept development to final delivery for web and UI projects.
• Create original visual designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Manage multiple concurrent design assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers to align designs with client requirements and feedback.
• Adapt visual solutions across different industries and brand styles.
• Ensure strong usability, aesthetics, and responsive design principles.
• Continuously refine work based on feedback and uphold high design standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in UI and web design (freelance or full‑time).
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end design projects independently.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work a structured schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (9 AM‑6 PM ET).
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
