Service Field Trainer – Technical Help Desk

About the role

We are looking for a Service Field Trainer to join KONE’s Technical Help Desk team in Dublin on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on developing maintenance field operatives, preparing them for new products and services, and strengthening local technical hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct new and existing KONE methods trainings for field operatives.
• Identify competence development needs with business and function stakeholders.
• Develop and localise technical training materials.
• Utilise digitalisation and connectivity solutions to improve productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lift service, maintenance, or minor repairs.
• Fully qualified electrician with a valid driving licence.
• Strong technical understanding of product and service solutions, including KONE and non‑KONE equipment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
