Service Technician – Field Based

About the role

Culligan is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join its Cork team. You will be the face of the brand, delivering, installing, servicing and maintaining water coolers and filtration systems for residential and commercial customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges and collections of water‑cooling equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement effective technical solutions and ensure equipment operates optimally.
• Maintain a structured daily schedule while remaining flexible for reactive service calls.
• Manage van stock, tools and inventory to complete assignments efficiently.
• Record service visits accurately using the provided tablet and digital tools.
• Provide a courteous, professional service experience to every customer.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (maximum 6 points) with at least three years driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
