Service Technician – Field Based

About the role

Culligan is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join its field team across the Midlands. You will be responsible for ensuring water coolers and filtration systems are clean, safe, and fully operational at customer sites, delivering a high‑quality experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to sustainable water solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled sanitisation and disinfection of water coolers and drinking‑water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment hygienic and operational.
• Install, service and repair water coolers and filtration units.
• Replace filters and consumable components according to service schedules.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective technical solutions.
• Complete digital service and sanitisation records using company systems.
• Manage van stock and maintain tools and materials required for daily activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a professional ambassador for Culligan.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (maximum 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitisation roles is desirable; full product training will be provided.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule and meet performance KPIs.
• Good geographical knowledge of the Midlands and surrounding areas.
