Shift Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

Krispy Kreme is seeking two experienced Shift Managers to lead its manufacturing site in Blanchardstown. You will be the senior on‑site leader in the Country Manager’s absence, responsible for safety, quality, productivity and people performance across a 9‑hour shift, five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an accident‑free, food‑safe culture and ensure full H&S, Food Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Maintain audit readiness, equipment standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver consistent product quality to brand standards and meet OTIF and production targets.
• Manage labour, yield, waste and COGS control while driving HDI performance.
• Coach, develop and engage the team, oversee recruitment, onboarding and training compliance.
• Conduct regular 1‑2‑1s and partner with HR on employee relations matters.

Required profile

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments.
• Leadership experience within FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong people‑management capability.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• IT literacy with solid communication and numeracy skills.
