About the role
The position is based in Omagh, Northern Ireland, working Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm (40 hours per week). You will be a driving part of the delivery of new‑build residential projects for a well‑established family‑run company that values quality, safety and top‑notch design. The role offers a clear path to progression into Site Management as the business expands.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers and the Site Manager to ensure smooth delivery.
Required profile
- Site Engineer or similar role.
- Proven background in residential construction projects.
