Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects across residential, commercial, hospitality and civil infrastructure sectors in the Dublin area. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety standards, coordinating daily site activities and maintaining accurate records throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce health and safety standards on site.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management and coordination of all site operations.
• Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
• Liaise with the commercial team regarding programme and progress.
• Collaborate closely with senior management in a professional, friendly environment.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Construction‑related trade qualification or degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong technical ability with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary trades.
