Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead all on‑site construction activities, ensuring health and safety, quality, logistics and subcontractor performance meet project targets. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee site set‑up, security, traffic management and the sequencing of finishing trades.

Key responsibilities

• Manage health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) systems and procedures on site.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, traffic flow and security.
• Supervise subcontractors, forepersons and site personnel to achieve production goals.
• Monitor resources, labour, plant, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain the construction programme and minimise re‑work.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of site management experience in commercial, industrial, residential, fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics and HSEQ compliance.
