Social Care Worker – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking motivated Social Care Workers to join a range of flexible shift opportunities across residential, community and disability services in Ireland. You will provide high‑quality care while enjoying the freedom to choose when and where you work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred care to clients in residential, community or disability settings.
• Support daily living activities, medication administration and personal hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt to day, night and sleep‑over shifts according to service needs.

Required profile

• Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care.
• Minimum three months of relevant experience in Ireland.
• Mandatory registration with CORU.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 4, Irish, UK or EU citizenship).
