Social Creative – Hybrid/Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Creative to join our fast‑growing boutique agency. Working directly with the Managing Director and Account Director, you will lead content output for a range of ambitious brands, creating social‑first videos and graphics that capture attention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ideas for social‑first campaigns and always‑on content.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
• Stay on top of social trends, creators and platform updates.
• Capture photo and video content using iPhone, cameras and production equipment.
• Edit engaging short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Write platform‑native captions and social copy.
• Create simple graphics and visual assets as needed.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and delivering content across client accounts.
• Monitor performance, suggest optimisation opportunities and support paid‑social creative.
• Help on commercial productions and campaign shoots, including travel across Ireland.

• Naturally curious and creatively driven.
• Enjoys making things happen and pitching ideas.
• Spot trends before they become mainstream.
• Willing to travel and work occasional evenings, weekends or public holidays.
• Hands‑on attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑scaling agency.
