About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our fast‑scaling digital team in Ireland. The role sits at the intersection of creativity, digital culture and real‑time content execution within an entertainment‑driven environment. You will turn trends, live moments and cultural insights into engaging brand storytelling across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and maintain multi‑platform content calendars aligned with campaigns, live events and real‑time opportunities.
• Create and execute platform‑native content tailored to each channel’s format and audience behavior.
• Monitor trends, sports moments and internet culture to identify and act on reactive content opportunities quickly.
• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
• Support selection and evaluation of creators based on relevance, performance and brand alignment.
• Drive community engagement while maintaining a consistent brand tone and identity.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics and translate insights into optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with design, copy and acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in sports, entertainment, gaming or betting.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube and Facebook, including emerging trends.
• Deep understanding of platform‑native content, meme culture and reactive, entertainment‑led social strategies.
• Experience working with influencer marketing and creator ecosystems in fast‑moving environments.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics.
• Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
