Solution Trainer – Mid West (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Trainer to join a public‑sector team delivering the Community Care Record programme across the Mid‑West region. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers hybrid working, with occasional onsite workshops and go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and tailoring training schedules for diverse community‑care disciplines.
• Develop and adapt training materials, guides, quick‑reference sheets, e‑learning modules and demonstration videos.
• Deliver high‑quality end‑user training on the HSE digital clinical system using classroom, virtual, floor‑walking and one‑to‑one methods.
• Provide “at the elbow” support during system deployments, go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Engage with project managers, solution leads, change managers and local service managers as a key point of contact for users.
• Mentor junior trainers and ensure training deadlines are met.
• Identify workflow gaps, risks and user challenges, escalating where necessary.
• Ensure training complies with HSE clinical safety standards and information‑governance policies.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and system adoption.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver end‑user training in a clinical or community‑care environment.
• Experience using a variety of training delivery methods, including virtual and hands‑on sessions.
• Strong understanding of community service workflows and digital solution implementation.
• Capability to provide on‑site support during go‑live periods and to mentor junior staff.
