Sourcing Specialist – Indirect Procurement (12‑month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to lead indirect procurement for Corporate Real Estate and Business Services on a 12‑month contract basis. The role is hybrid, based in Dublin, and will support the organisation’s strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real‑estate, facilities management and business‑services suppliers.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle, including RFP creation, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and award.
• Maintain compliance and governance standards throughout the procurement process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
• Utilise SAP Ariba (or equivalent e‑procurement platform) to drive efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of indirect sourcing experience within a large multinational organisation.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing supplier agreements for corporate real‑estate and facilities services.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, compliance and governance.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba (or similar e‑procurement system)
