Sourcing Specialist – Indirect Procurement (12‑month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to lead indirect procurement for Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management and Business Services. The role is based in Dublin on a hybrid basis and runs for an initial 12‑month period with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for corporate real estate and related services.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle, including RFP creation, supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Maintain supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and drive cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of indirect sourcing experience within a large multinational organisation.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing supplier contracts for real estate, facilities and business services.
• Experience handling compliance, governance and risk aspects of procurement.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba (or comparable e‑procurement system)
