Specialist HR Business Partner – 12‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

This 12‑month maternity cover role is a hands‑on HR Business Partner position within a dynamic manufacturing environment in County Tipperary. You will work closely with site leaders, the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence to deliver people strategies and HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance, talent, organisational change and HR policies.
• Support managers in resolving employee matters and contribute to industrial relations initiatives.
• Drive talent, engagement, culture and organisational change projects across the site.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Lead or contribute to local and wider HR initiatives and act as delegate for the HR Lead when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; experience in manufacturing, regulated or multinational environments is an advantage.
