Staff Nurse – Disability Residential Service (Fermoy, Cork)

About the role
The Talbot Group is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join its Disability Residential Service in Fermoy, Cork. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury and autism.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical support, health monitoring and medication management.
- Develop and review individual care plans in line with Person‑Centred Planning.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and best practice guidelines.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (Intellectual Disability or Mental Health Division) with NMBI registration.
- Experience in residential, respite or day‑service settings for people with intellectual disabilities.
- Knowledge of Person‑Centred Planning and HIQA standards.
- Genuine passion for delivering respectful, quality care.
