About the role
Moorehall Lodge Balbriggan is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver person‑centred care to our residents. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, dignity and quality of life for each individual.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans in line with HIQA standards and evidence‑based practice.
- Maintain accurate written records and reports on resident care.
- Collaborate closely with families, guardians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Advocate for residents’ rights, autonomy and informed decision‑making.
- Support residents in community‑based activities and social engagement.
Required profile
- Qualified nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Desirable: minimum three years experience in a nursing home setting.
