Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our residential care team at Moorehall Lodge Balbriggan. The role involves delivering person‑centred nursing care to our residents, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans in line with HIQA standards and evidence‑based practice.
• Provide holistic, person‑centred nursing care while maintaining residents’ dignity and autonomy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, families and guardians to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Advocate for residents, supporting decision‑making and participation in community activities.

Required profile

• Qualified nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Desirable: minimum three years’ experience in a nursing home setting.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
