About the role
CareChoice is seeking compassionate Registered Staff Nurses to join its growing network of nursing homes across Leinster. You will work in a supportive, multicultural environment, delivering high‑quality care to residents while developing your clinical and leadership abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of care and nursing staff.
- Coordinate resident activities and ensure a person‑centred approach.
- Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and internal quality standards.
Required profile
- Registered with An Bord Altranais (NMBI).
- Strong clinical, leadership and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable ability to commute or relocate to a CareChoice location before starting.
