Staff Performance Video Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Performance Video Content Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creation of data‑driven video assets for global marketing campaigns. Based in Ireland, you will combine creative excellence with analytical insight to produce scalable, high‑impact video content across paid media, social and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full production cycle of performance‑focused video assets for worldwide campaigns.
• Design and optimise scalable video production workflows that enable rapid iteration and testing.
• Translate performance metrics, A/B test results and marketing insights into creative improvements that boost CTR, CVR and ROAS.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality while meeting tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand and Content teams to align creative output with business goals.
• Develop modular creative systems, toolkits and asset libraries for efficient production.
• Mentor peers on motion design, storytelling and performance‑driven creative practices.
• Contribute to experimentation strategy by identifying new creative opportunities based on data and market trends.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in motion design, video production or performance‑creative roles with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to move quickly from concept to final execution while maintaining high creative quality.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR and ROAS.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end video production pipelines for large‑scale campaigns.
• Automation‑first mindset with experience building scalable creative workflows and tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools in video production or creative automation is a plus.
