Staff Product Designer

About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced product designer to shape AI‑powered decision‑making tools used in complex financial and risk‑management environments. Based in Ireland, you will lead the design of critical platform experiences that help organisations prevent fraud, ensure compliance, and optimise risk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for major product areas, from discovery through launch.
• Define and execute long‑term product vision initiatives, creating prototypes and concepts.
• Design AI‑native user experiences such as intelligent assistants, automated workflows, generative interfaces, and explainable decision‑making systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to influence roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Transform complex operational, compliance, and risk‑related workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate ideas and accelerate development.
• Drive evolution of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research and incorporate customer insights into design decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product design or a related field.
• 8+ years designing complex web‑based products, especially in enterprise, technical, or data‑driven settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience creating AI‑powered or AI‑native product experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using high‑fidelity prototyping tools.
