Stock Assistant

About the role

As a Stock Assistant you will be at the heart of an Aldi store in Loughrea, ensuring that shelves are well‑stocked, deliveries are checked and customers receive friendly service. The role is fast‑paced and varied, offering the chance to contribute to a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves quickly, arranging products to look their best.
• Check deliveries for quality and remove items that do not meet Aldi standards.

Required profile

• Approachable and ready to support both customers and team members.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace to keep stock available.
• Reliable, flexible and with a can‑do attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
