About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Dublin retail outlet. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and support the in‑store team daily to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve key performance indicators.
• Model exemplary customer service and maintain a strong floor presence.
• Oversee back‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth commercial execution.
• Train staff on our hand‑crafted luxury product range and develop succession plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management within a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach a high‑performing team.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using data to spot trends and take corrective action.
• Adaptable, flexible and enthusiastic about the brand’s values.
