Store Supervisor (30 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to join its Dublin team. You will act as the key link between our products and customers, supporting Stylists and helping drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team in achieving KPIs and profit targets.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Run reports, track KPIs and provide updates to management.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver exceptional 1‑to‑2‑person customer service, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience working to and driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations.
