Store Supervisor (Full‑Time)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting the management team and developing the store’s Stylists. You will work in a dynamic environment where ideas and change are celebrated.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Implement daily and weekly sales targets to improve store performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing a retail team.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail setting.
• Good understanding of store operations.
