About the role

The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within a leading Irish infrastructure organisation. This role supports a period of rapid growth, transformation and cultural evolution, focusing on people strategy, organisational design and large‑scale change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and implement people strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives across complex environments.
• Support leadership teams through cultural evolution and workforce planning activities.
• Deliver strategic HR solutions across talent, engagement, succession planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on complex people‑related matters and organisational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Coach and mentor members of the wider HR team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or transformation‑focused HR role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and culture transformation.
• Commercial, solutions‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building capability.
• Resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
