Strategic Liquidity Advisory Manager

About the role

Join AIB’s Treasury Funding & Liquidity team as a Strategic Liquidity Advisory Manager. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s three‑year Funding & Liquidity plan and delivering the annual Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP). The position is based in Dublin and operates on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory on liquidity and funding across the bank’s balance sheet.
• Monitor and embed current and future regulatory liquidity requirements into business planning.
• Lead the production and delivery of ILAAP, including stress‑testing, contingency funding plans, and liquidity adequacy statements.
• Prepare key documents for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCo), Executive Leadership Team, and Board, such as the Funding & Liquidity Plan and Stressed Liquidity Scenarios.
• Act as a primary stakeholder in the Liquidity Regulation Advisory Forum and collaborate with Financial Risk on policy development.
• Produce submissions for the Single Resolution Board and other regulatory bodies.
