About the role
PwC's Strategy& practice is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its Dublin team. You will work alongside senior consultants and clients to design and implement multi‑year corporate, growth, market entry and M&A strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and guide teams of Senior Associates and Analysts throughout strategy engagements.
- Own project scoping, analysis, and delivery for a range of industries.
- Coach junior team members and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Nurture client relationships, generate follow‑on work and contribute to business development.
- Leverage PwC’s global network to provide thought leadership and client pitches.
Required profile
- Degree qualified with 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft data‑driven narratives.
- Curious, proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
