Strategy & Operations Coach (VP+)

About the role

We are seeking senior strategy and operations leaders to join Mento as 1:1 coaches. In this role you will help members set and track career goals, improve leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, and increase overall fulfillment at work and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual 1:1 coaching sessions using the Mento platform and tools.
• Participate in ongoing ICF‑certified coach training to master Mento’s methodology.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email or the Mento app.
• Contribute coaching tools and insights to the Mento coaching community.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness, respect and empathy.

Required profile

• Director, VP or senior strategy & operations leader with 20+ years of experience.
• Proven track record of managing strategy and operations teams and coaching individuals.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to create a safe, vulnerable space.
• Growth‑mindset and willingness to develop coaching skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑changing startup environment.
• Available to commit at least 12 hours per month for the next 24 months.
