Supervising Pharmacist (Mullingar)

About the role

Boots Ireland is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for its Mullingar store. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure safe and professional patient care, and uphold the highest legal and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the pharmacy strategy by providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
• Make accountable legal and ethical decisions within the pharmacy.
• Build pharmacy capability of store teams through coaching and development.
• Conduct continual reviews, audits, observations and risk assessments to prioritise safety.
• Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services in line with national and local guidelines.

Required profile

• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Minimum three years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Highly respected by peers, patients and external professionals.
• Passionate about community pharmacy and delivering outstanding patient care.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
