Supplies Officer (Grade C) – Theatre South Complex

About the role
The Supplies Officer (Grade C) will be based primarily in the Theatre South Complex, covering Theatres 1 through 7. The role is designed to serve as the initial point of contact for any queries related to consumable stock within these venues, with the possibility of extending responsibilities to additional theatres in the future.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all consumable stock‑related inquiries from staff operating in Theatres 1‑7.
- Provide timely information and assistance regarding stock availability, usage, and replenishment within the designated theatres.
- Support the gradual expansion of the supplies function to other theatre locations as required.
Required profile
- Grade C classification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a theatre or similar cultural venue environment is desirable.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding stock matters.
