Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

This full‑time, 12‑month contract position supports the supply chain function by maintaining accurate spare‑parts and product data across internal and customer systems. The role is based onsite in Dublin 11 and works closely with operations, engineering, customer support and supply‑chain teams to ensure data quality and timely information flow.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain spare‑parts and product information in multiple databases and customer portals.
• Verify that all records meet required standards for completeness and accuracy.
• Support the onboarding of new parts, creating and configuring product records.
• Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to clarify information and answer queries.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Identify and propose improvements to data‑quality processes and administrative efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, data‑entry or data‑management role within a B2B or corporate environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
