Supply Chain Associate – Biotech (Cork)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join a leading multinational biotech company in Cork. The position is initially offered on a 23‑month fixed‑term contract and provides a hybrid working option, allowing a blend of on‑site and remote activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process supply chain orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery of materials.
• Support inventory control, demand planning, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Monitor order status, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation for compliance and assist in supplier performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 + year experience in a multinational supply chain environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
