Supply Chain Coordinator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading Irish company for a 12‑month contract at a new large‑scale facility in Dublin. The role offers exposure to a €1 billion project, cutting‑edge technology and the chance to develop supply‑chain expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production with the Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) to ensure output meets customer demand.
- Support on‑time delivery of purchase orders from CMO partners.
- Serve as the External Manufacturing (ExM) point of contact for internal and external customers regarding product inquiries, shipments and scheduling.
- Place purchase orders promptly in line with contractual obligations and project timelines.
Required profile
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical, organisational, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proven performance in a dynamic, fast‑moving work environment.
