Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About the role

Culligan is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations across its B2B and B2C businesses in Ireland. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure product availability, drive operational efficiency and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management across multiple sites, balancing product availability with working‑capital efficiency.
• Drive demand planning and forecasting aligned with business and customer needs.
• Oversee warehouse and depot operations to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient processes.
• Manage the company fleet, covering vehicle lifecycle, compliance, utilisation and cost control.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, service levels and lead times.
• Ensure premises and facilities are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
• Identify and implement process improvements, digitalisation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop KPI reporting and use operational data to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Customer Care to meet service and business objectives.
• Champion a strong health‑and‑safety culture across warehouses, premises and fleet.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations leadership role with responsibility for multiple sites.
• Strong experience in inventory management, warehousing and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Fleet management experience is highly desirable.
• Commercial and financial awareness, balancing cost, service and performance.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts and third‑party service providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability and deliver change.
• Hands‑on approach combined with strategic planning and problem‑solving skills.
