Supply Chain Manager – Construction & M&E Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading M&E contractor in Mayo. You will own procurement, logistics, supplier management and inventory control, ensuring the smooth delivery of major engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for construction and M&E projects.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials to site.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock control.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor costs, drive commercial savings and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Utilise ERP and purchasing platforms to track orders, invoices and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in construction or M&E.
• Proven track record in procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost‑control capabilities.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing relationships.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing platforms.
