Supply Chain Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading mechanical and electrical (M&E) contractor in Mayo. The role will own procurement, logistics, supplier management and inventory control to ensure the smooth delivery of major engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for construction materials and services.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to meet project schedules.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock control.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with project teams and finance to monitor budgets and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in construction or M&E.
• Proven track record in procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to control costs.
• Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP systems and purchasing platforms.
