Supply Chain Manager – End-to-End Materials Management

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end material flow for a developer of minimally invasive medical devices. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own inventory, planning, supplier relationships and a growing supply‑chain team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components, overseeing receipt, storage, labeling, segregation and expiry management.
• Coordinate demand plans with production, aligning material availability with scheduling and quality‑assured release.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, enforce supplier agreements and drive performance metrics such as OTIF.
• Lead ERP master‑data accuracy, use analytics for decision‑making and support the S&OP process.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, pricing, SLAs, corrective actions (SCARs) and risk mitigation.
• Build, coach and expand the supply‑chain team while collaborating with commercial, operations and quality stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials, supply‑chain or inventory management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage complex inventories, supplier performance and cross‑functional planning.
