Supply Chain Planner / Business Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner / Business Analyst will join Fónua’s supply chain team in Dublin, supporting the Supply Chain and Product Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role combines hands‑on planning with business analysis to ensure continuous product availability across mobile handset, accessories and consumer electronics channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply‑chain activities with major suppliers, customers and internal account managers.
• Develop and report performance metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis and provide executive updates.
• Plan product shipments using the M3 ERP system, EPOS data and customer stock counts to meet weekly KPI targets.
• Manage stock purchasing, vendor relationships and internal/external reporting.
• Assist in defining the supply‑chain strategy, operating plan and multi‑channel support models.
• Act as the bridge between supply‑chain and technical teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements and data‑driven decisions.
• Analyse business needs, translate them into functional specifications and user stories, and perform data analysis to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations, including demand forecasting, order management, MRP, purchasing, import/export and logistics.
• Proven ability to develop metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in documenting processes and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and management.
