Supply Planner – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner to join a growing supply chain team in Dublin. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimising inventory levels and supporting the end‑to‑end supply chain to meet market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, balancing availability with excess inventory.
• Collaborate with demand planners, sales, marketing and procurement to align forecasts and adjust plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify slow‑moving or obsolete stock and implement corrective actions.
• Track supplier performance, negotiate terms and manage lead times.
• Produce regular reports and KPIs on inventory, stockouts, forecast accuracy and supplier performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply planning or a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics, inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP system)
• Oracle (or similar ERP system)
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
