Supply Planner – Manufacturing & Energy Solutions

About the role

The Supply Planner will ensure a balanced, efficient, and responsive supply chain across Hanley Energy’s production and distribution network, aligning product availability with customer requirements and operational efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints and S&OP.
• Create weekly and monthly production and component schedules.
• Manage material replenishment processes to meet production and project timelines.
• Monitor production for adherence to plan and address component shortages.
• Collaborate with S&OP, material planners, production and warehouse teams and drive weekly alignment meetings.
• Control MRP process and master data in SAP, including Bill of Materials.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production or related field.
• 2‑3 years experience in supply planning, materials or production planning, preferably in manufacturing or energy solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude in a dynamic production environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (highly desired).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
