Supply Planner (Onsite, Carrigtwohill)

About the role

Stryker is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Supply Planner for an onsite role in Carrigtwohill, Cork. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the role covers supply planning across a designated product portfolio: developing executable plans, ensuring product availability, optimising inventory and supporting key supply chain KPIs. The position is onsite with 10% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mid- to short-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and demand planning teams to ensure plans are executed accurately and on time.
• Monitor metrics such as inventory turns, service level and supply plan adherence, and escalate supply risks or constraints with proposed mitigations.
• Keep supply plans accurate in ERP and planning systems, maintaining parameters such as lead times, MOQ and safety stock.
• Support the S&OP process with data inputs, plan assumptions and scenario modelling.
• Take financial accountability for inventory in the assigned portfolio (target setting, aging analysis, write-off risk, reporting) and work with finance and supply planning leadership to balance inventory and working capital.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply planning processes, tools and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accountancy or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning or related supply chain functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• APICS/CSCP certification or ongoing pursuit is a plus.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and planning/reporting tools.

• Pay range in Ireland of EUR 47,000 - 77,000 per year, with possible incentive compensation.
