Support Pharmacist – Citywest Pharmacy

About the role

We are looking for a Support Pharmacist to join our Citywest pharmacy in Dublin 24. This permanent, full‑time position (45 hours per week) offers the chance to work in a vibrant community setting while delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the dispensary operates in line with PSI guidelines, pharmacy law and the highest professional standards.
• Provide vaccinations, health‑screenings and patient counselling.
• Deliver a safe, efficient and friendly dispensing service following McCabes Pharmacy best practices.
• Uphold ethical standards, accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
• Manage timely and secure delivery of medicines to customers.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Support the monthly claims process with accurate submissions to the relevant payment boards.

Required profile

• Holder of a PSI‑approved pharmacy qualification.
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
