System Administrator

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a System Administrator to manage and maintain its corporate IT infrastructure in Lisbon. You will ensure a secure, efficient environment for employees by handling device management, network security, access control, and support for SaaS tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
• Implement and maintain network security, endpoint protection, data encryption, MFA and RBAC policies.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot issues, and automate IT operations.
• Support company‑wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian, etc.) and handle onboarding/offboarding of employees.
• Maintain software licenses, compliance documentation, and provide technical training to staff.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in IT or systems administration.
• Experience managing cloud‑based corporate environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar MDM platforms).
• Understanding of network security, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust models.
• Experience with IT automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
