System Administrator Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Administrator (L1) to provide end‑user support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, MAC systems and Cisco phones. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team coordination, ensuring reliable operation of workplace technologies for both standard office and trade‑floor environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC systems and Cisco phones.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues using Microsoft and enterprise toolsets.
• Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams and Zoom.
• Perform builds, installations, configurations and upgrades of desktop and laptop equipment.
• Communicate solutions clearly to non‑technical users and create user guides, FAQs and documentation.
• Participate in daily team huddles to align priorities and manage workload.
• Meet SLA timelines and quality standards in ticket resolution.
• Provide basic support for trade‑floor technology environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop/end‑user support.
• Strong understanding of PC, laptop and peripheral hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Ability to handle multiple tickets, prioritize effectively and work in a customer‑focused manner.
