Talent Acquisition Partner – EMEA (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join TikTok’s EMEA recruitment team in Dublin. You will support the AI Data Service and Operations divisions, driving end‑to‑end hiring across multiple countries and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design talent acquisition strategies for different geographies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure a high‑touch candidate experience while meeting quality and speed targets.
• Collaborate with local operation teams to incorporate regional best practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and other process improvements to boost recruitment output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented, innovative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
